Flexibility
Support for diverse platforms and tile sizes: we handle different material systems and tiles up to 200mm wafers. Our toolsets and process recipes are configured to accommodate III-Vs, III-Ns, and compound materials for research and small-scale production.
Mask Design
In-house mask design services including photomask layout, process compatibility checks and format generation for various lithography tools. We support everything from initial device design and integration to full wafer-level scale up.
