Dynatex DTX150

Dynatex DTX150 fully automatic diamond scribe-and-break system for dry die singulation of substrates up to 200mm. It scribes then controllably breaks to separate dies in materials such as silicon, GaAs, InP, GaN and borosilicate glass, giving high die quality and yield without the debris and kerf loss of saw dicing.
